Implementation Manager

Bridgit is looking for an Implementation Manager to join our growing team and to support the rapidly expanding customer base of our recently launched enterprise product offering.

Duties:

  • Act as the main contact for enterprise-level accounts throughout the implementation process

  • Work with the various stakeholders (c-level executives, IT teams, operations teams) to gain an in-depth understanding of their needs and goals for implementation and roll-out

  • Establish clear deliverables for the implementation and roll out process

  • Create, communicate and deliver against a clear project schedule

  • Manage customer relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and buy-in

  • Identify client training needs to develop and implement a targeted training program

  • Work closely with Bridgit’s product and development teams to communicate customer feedback and prioritize new features

  • You’re extremely organized and deliver results fast

  • You can manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders on complex projects

  • You can set schedules and deliver against them

  • You’re an analytical and strategic thinker. You enjoy brainstorming creative solutions and putting ideas into action

  • You’re great with excel

  • You’re a team player who can also work independently

  • You are nimble and can navigate changing priorities and ambiguity comfortably

  • You’re an analytical thinker and can easily navigate large sets of data

  • You can think on your feet and aren’t afraid to do so!

  • Experience in software implementation is a bonus, but not a requirement
