Our Head of Marketing was joined by Moss PMs, Andrew Fariñas and Ben Fritzsche, for a live Q&A on their use of Bridgit Field. They pride themselves on being “technology first” PMs, and shared more on how they’ve seen the team embrace the tool, how they build strong relationships with their trades, life of a PM, and how they’ve gotten time back in their days that they can put towards other efforts. Here’s a taste of what was covered:

Software adoption

  • Field employees mainly used tablets to read jobsite plans, and now they had to get into the habit of using Bridgit Field instead of following their instinct to just send an email

  • Everyone found the product to be extremely user-friendly, which got everyone bought in

  • Part of the company vision to empower to create the exceptional, and though perceived as less tech-savvy, more senior employees view Bridgit Field as an effective tool to improve communication with their individual teams

Cutting closeout

  • Bridgit Field provides the ability to take care of things first thing in the morning, which leaves more time to walk jobsites

  • Insights tool is extremely helpful with being able to see the status of QC items, and the Copy to location feature is great

Bridgit in your corner

  • Stellar responsiveness from Account Manager and Customer Success Manager

  • Overall functionality and user-friendliness has huge impact

  • Now creating a standard for QC and generating tags for punch
