Account Executive

We’re seeking an Account Executive to accelerate our GTM for our exciting new enterprise product offering, Bridgit Bench. As an Account Executive at Bridgit, you can expect to research and engage with targeted accounts, close inbound and outbound sales, and maintain and record accurate sales information to report to management.


  • Prospect and solicit new business as defined by sales quotas

  • Research potential customers and develop an Enterprise sales pipeline

  • Engage in "multi-channel" follow-up - help uncover new opportunities and nurture existing opportunities

  • Develop and maintain long-term executive level relationships with top prospects as well as key accounts

  • Drive lead management, tracking & forecasting in CRM

  • Manage contract negotiations

  • Develop strategic and tactical planning for key accounts

  • Contribute to conversion of prospects and pilot accounts to multi-year subscription contracts

  • Implement improvements to existing sales processes including customer qualification, proposals, account planning, etc.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Is a “hunter” who will target large construction companies across North America

  • Has 2-5 years SaaS based experience

  • Has experience in developing and executing a territory plan

  • Has experience managing 90-120 day complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

  • Has a track record of achieving/exceeding quota

  • Able to work alongside and strategize with internal team members (executive, business development and customer success teams) for top of funnel opportunities

  • Has experience using and SalesLoft to manage pipeline

  • Excels in a fast paced environment, and is activity centric

  • Is a university or college graduate with comprehensive written and verbal communication skills
